YOUR INFORMATION, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
Just Ask Pearl Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 18, 2026
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
1. Introduction and scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Just Ask Pearl (“Just Ask Pearl,” “Pearl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information when people interact with applicable Just Ask Pearl websites, landing pages, communications, digital experiences, and related services covered by this notice.
This notice addresses the website and its current web experiences. It does not automatically govern a future Just Ask Pearl mobile application or another product. Before an app or separate service launches, its actual information practices and applicable privacy notice must be reviewed and confirmed.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you choose to use, information you provide may include your first name, email address, your choices about Founding Member interest and email updates, selected welcome-question categories, and information you include in a contact or support message. The current website does not offer user accounts.
The current preview signup requests your email address and offers an optional first name. It separately asks whether you are interested in Founding Membership and whether you want ongoing email updates. If you submit the form, the information you provide and selected standardized welcome categories go to Just Ask Pearl’s operational notification workflow; during the initial phase, the notification is used to update HubSpot, the authoritative audience record. Welcome-question selections remain in page memory while you use the welcome experience. If you choose to submit the Founding Member form, selected standardized categories may be included with your request. Open-text answers are not collected or sent.
The current marketing website does not ask for diagnoses, medical records, medication information, therapy records, trauma histories, or other sensitive health information. Please do not submit sensitive health information through a general website form.
3. Information collected automatically
When a browser requests a website, the website host and services needed to deliver that request may process technical request information. The website host may process technical information needed to deliver the page. No analytics platform is active.
The landing page reads a limited set of campaign tags from the page address: a recognized traffic-source category, selected campaign-medium categories, and campaign/content identifiers only when they are numeric IDs of up to 12 digits. Other campaign/content values and search-term tags are not collected. First-touch campaign tags are stored in browser local storage for up to 30 days and are removed the next time the page is opened after that period. Valid campaign tags on the current visit are also kept in browser session storage for that browsing session only and are not written to first-touch storage; you can clear them sooner in your browser’s site-data controls. These tags should never contain a person’s name, email, health information, or other sensitive details. Welcome-question responses are not written to local storage.
This website uses browser local storage for limited campaign attribution as described above. It does not intentionally install advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or retargeting tags. The website does not currently present a cookie-consent banner or preference center. Some hosting providers may process technical request logs as part of website delivery.
4. How information may be used
As applicable to a particular feature, information may be used to provide and maintain the website experience, remember campaign attribution on your device, respond to requests, administer a voluntary founding-member request, send communications you have specifically requested or consented to receive, understand and improve our website and content, protect services from misuse, and address applicable legal obligations.
Completing “Start With Pearl” does not enroll you in promotional email. The email-updates choice is separate from Founding Member interest and is not pre-checked.
5. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
Based on the current website code, campaign attribution is stored in browser local storage, not a cookie. No analytics platform is currently active. The website code does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, session-recording, or retargeting technology.
The site does not currently present a cookie-consent banner or preference center. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are added, their operation and any required privacy or consent disclosures will be reviewed.
6. Marketing communications
If you opt in to email updates, you may receive Just Ask Pearl news, updates, and occasional wellness content. You can unsubscribe using the method in a message or email info@justaskpearl.app. Completing the welcome experience or expressing Founding Member interest alone does not opt you in to email updates.
When you submit the Founding Member form, the selected categories and limited campaign information described above accompany the signup notification to info@justaskpearl.app. During Phase 1, a designated team member manually records the signup in HubSpot. The notification is an operational step, not a separate subscriber database.
7. When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website and deliver messages. Founding Member signup details and selected categories are sent through an email-delivery provider to info@justaskpearl.app as an operational notification. During Phase 1, the notification is manually used to create or update the HubSpot contact, which is the authoritative audience record. Email notifications are not intended to be a separate subscriber database.
The website uses service providers to support its operation. We do not make a broader claim here about whether personal information is sold or shared under a particular legal definition.
8. Retention and security
Information is kept as needed for operational, security, legal, and business purposes, subject to applicable law. How long information is kept depends on what it is and the operational, legal, and provider needs involved.
We use safeguards intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no specific security certification is claimed here.
9. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, change communication preferences, object to or opt out of certain processing, or exercise other applicable rights. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.
To make a privacy request, email the contact listed below. We may need to verify a request and will respond as required by applicable law.
For privacy-related questions or requests, email info@justaskpearl.app.
10. Children and minors
The website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. The age and parental-consent rules for any future service will be described before that service is offered. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact info@justaskpearl.app.
11. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, resources, professionals, applications, or services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or reference is not, by itself, a guarantee or endorsement. Review the third party’s information before sharing data or using its service.
12. Changes and contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Material revisions will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Review this page from time to time for the current version.
